Everyone wants to quit smoking without suffering side effects. If you take pills, gums, patches and other methods you will soon find that they do have side effects and if you do not follow the instructions carefully you will start to suffer from them. There are many ways to quit smoking naturally. Some more effective than others.

This is the method that everyone try that often ends in failure. 90% of people who try to
stop smoking by just saying no more, fail. This is because cigarettes are so addictive and it is only when people try to quit this way they discover this.

Another way that people use is acupuncture the effective is not very high though and it can prove to expensive. If you need multiple visits to the clinic it will cost you a small fortune. I know because I tried it and guess what. It did not work and I got fed up with hearing, another few visits.

Perhaps the most well-known smoking ending system is hypnotherapy. This is very effective in many people, but again you have to be susceptible to being hypnotised and many people are not. This may work for you but it can be costly if you need to keep visiting a clinic for treatment.

4. Home remedies or natural methods.

These use various techniques to break your dependency on nicotine by breaking the brains demand for this drug. There are many ways you can do this, including hiding your cigarettes at times you would usually smoke. Drinking water instead of lighting up and finding something to occupy yourself with that will take your mind off smoking.
