One of the things you can do is to go on a diet of fertility (fertility diet). When comes the desire to get pregnant and have children, the old saying 'you are what you eat' could be true. Because of health and whatever happens in the human body is largely influenced by what is consumed.

2. Reduce consumption of refined carbohydrates. 5. Eating iron. Iron is needed to help the process of pregnancy but it can also prevent women affected by anemia due to deficiency of red blood cells.

6. Do not panic excess protein. Researchers said that excessive protein in the body does not make a woman's fertility is reduced. So do not be afraid of excess protein, protein source can be obtained from fish, meat and beans.

7. Avoid foods that contain listeria bacteria. The bacteria are usually found in undercooked meat and unpasteurized products.
